    Minimum requirements for LLP

    Necessary Documentation

    For Proprietorship

    PAN card of the Proprietor
    Photo ID address proof such as copy of the Passport, Voter ID Card or Aadhar
    Sale deed if self-owned office building or Rental/Lease agreement or the latest utility bills, if the office building is rented or leased
    Bank certificate as per ANF 2A(I) / cancelled personalised cheque leaf

    For Partnership

    PAN card of the Managing Director
    Photo ID address proof such as copy of the Passport, Voter ID Card or Aadhar
    Copy of partnership deed
    Sale deed if self-owned office building or Rental/Lease Agreement or the latest utility bills, if the office building is rented or leased
    Bank certificate as per ANF 2A(I) / cancelled personalised cheque leaf

    For LLP/Private Limited

    PAN card of the Proprietor
    Photo ID address proof such as copy of the Passport, Voter ID Card or Aadhar
    Sale deed if self-owned office building or Rental/Lease Agreement or the latest utility bills, if the office building is rented or leased
    Bank certificate as per ANF 2A(I) / cancelled personalised cheque leaf
    Certificate of Incorporation approved and issued by the ROC

    Process & Timeline

    Digital Signature

    The IEC application is filed online with a class-2 digital signature. A valid DSC of the authorized signatory or the applicant is mandatory.

    Necessary Documentation

    All necessary documentation uploaded along with the application must be signed and stamped. The documents must be in jpg or pdf format

    Online Application

    The online application is filled and submitted along with the necessary documents.

    Issue of IEC

    The Regional Director of DGFT reviews the application and issues the IEC. They may also contact you for any clarification in the application or documents submitted.
