Process & Timeline
Preparation of the Partnership Deed or Agreement, which forms the constitution of the partnership firm. This details the mutual rights of each partner. The deed also determines the profit and loss sharing arrangements and the operational procedures of the business.
Unique Name Selection
The proposed name must be checked with the trademark registry to avoid any infringements.
Payment of Stamp Duty
After the partnership deed is approved by the partners, the stamp duty must be paid in full. The duty amount depends on the capital of the firm. Stamp duty is not included in our pricing packages, as it varies.
The Partnership Deed must be signed by the partners in presence of two witnesses, and notarized by a notary public.
Prescribed application must be submitted to the Income Tax department for PAN allotment
The procedure to obtain TAN number must be completed. A TAN number is mandatory for TDS submission.
